World Cup Food Fight: In food, if not football, all nations triumph
Of the 32 nations fielding men’s football teams at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa this month, 18 are represented by restaurants in Beijing. Those football teams will eventually sort out a champion. But who cares? To find the true champion of the hearts of the people, sample what these nations have to offer your stomach.
