Dave Bob Gaspar to Join Home Plate Bar-B-Que Sanlitun

Dave Bob Gaspar, former bar manager at the multi-award winning Shuangjing watering hole The Brick, is set to move to Home Plate Bar-B-Que Sanlitun as front of house manager from Monday July 7.

The man himself, winner of our 2014 Reader Bar & Club Award for Best Personality, told us:

"I am sad to be leaving The Brick but super stoked to start my next job. I wanted to bring my experience and knowledge to a bigger venue while still being able to continue working on creative events, promotions and cocktails. I am happy to announce that I will be the new full-time FOH manager at Home Plate BBQ in Sanltiun."

Dave Bob's first night on duty will be the night before the first semi-final of the 2014 World Cup (just saying) and the popular American says he is looking forward to arranging some fun nights and events in the near future.
