Hot & Spicy Festival 2023, Day Three Recap

Our Hot & Spicy Festival finished with a bang yesterday, and what a heat-filled weekend of fun it was! Thousand of the capital’s spicy food lovers flocked to fudi to try food from some of Beijing’s best purveyors of chili-tinged foods, eat the hottest chilies we could find, dance it out and have a rocking good time.

Day Three saw the women’s edition of our Chili Eating Contest and Daniela from Brazil sweated her way through to victory to be crowned the Champion of the Chili.

She joins Saturday winner Wolf from the USA and Friday’s winners Patrick and Jennifer from the USA.

This year’s Spicy Fest was undeniably one of our best yet and we hope you all enjoyed yourselves! For our next event we will be debuting our first ever Taco Fest, so be sure to stay tuned for future announcements on that. But for now, let’s take a look at all the fun you had on our final day.
