Hot and Spicy Fest FAQs and How To Get To Fudi for the Festival

The Hot and Spicy Festival is only a few days away with everything all set to kick off this Friday (Apr 14). Ahead of the festival we’ve encountered a few questions from you about where it is, how you get tickets etc. so we’ve put together answers for some of your most frequently asked questions. 

Q: How do I buy tickets?
A: To buy tickets in advance, simply scan the QR code below. Early bird tickets are RMB 30. 

Please note when you make the payment you’ll see the screenshot below, to get your tickets you need to long press the QR code to receive your tickets or alternatively find the email or SMS message we sent you with them.

Q: Can I buy tickets on the door?
A: Yes you can buy tickets on the door, they are RMB 40. When you arrive at fudi just go to the “Buy Ticket” entrance.

Q: How do I find my ticket if I already bought it?
A: The ticket should have been sent to you either via email, SMS message or by WeChat.

 

 

Q: What if I still can't find my ticket?
A:
If you’re still unable to find your ticket then take the following steps to retrieve your tickets:

1. Scan the QR code below

2. Click on "Retrieve E-tickets"

3. Click on "个人中心" then click on "我的电子票"

4. And you’ll be able to view your tickets. 

Alternatively you can tell a member of staff your phone number and they’ll be able to find your tickets for you.

Q: How do I enter the festival if I’ve already bought my ticket?
A:
Look for the entrance that has the sign below which says “Early Bird Tickets”. Make sure to have your ticket QR code ready which you can retrieve either from your email, text message or on WeChat.

Q: Can I bring my dog to the festival?
A:
No, unfortunately dogs aren’t allowed at the festival because it’s taking place on a rooftop so is a health and safety risk.

Q: Which day is it recommended to go to the festival?
A:
Saturday will be the busiest day of the festival so if you want to avoid crowds and possible queues for food we recommend attending on Friday or Sunday. 

Q: Will I be able to buy the Beijinger Spicy Fest merch at the festival?
A:
Yes, you can buy the bandanna, our Spicy Fest shirts and more at the festival.

Q: Is there a dress code?
A:
The theme of the festival this year is “Into the Jungle” and as always we encourage you to embrace it and dress up if you want to!


How to get to fudi for Spicy Fest

By Taxi/Ride Hailing

Now there are few different Fudi branches so if you’re using a ride hailing app make sure you pick the one that is Fudi Storage Member Store (Kiln Wahu Shop).

Or if you’re using a Chinese ride hailing app the correct branch is fudi仓储会员店(窑洼湖店) (Fudi Yaowa Lake Park).

Alternatively if you’re hailing a cab you can tell or show the driver this address:

By Subway

The nearest subway to fudi is Pingleyuan on Line 14, when you arrive you’ll need to go out of Exit C and then walk east, cross over the road, continue walking east and the you’ll see fudi on your right. It should be about a ten minute walk. 

By Bus

The nearest bus stop to fudi is Pingleyuan Xiaoqu, which buses 637, 457, 41 and 535 stop at. When you get off at the bus stop you’ll need to walk east for about five minutes and then you’ll see fudi on your right. 

Fudi should be pretty easy to spot: it’s big and green! Once you get there, just follow our signs to make your way up to the 4th floor rooftop where the festival will be happening.
