What food and drink will be at Taco Fest?
We’ve got 30+ vendors serving up a staggering 70+ different varieties of tacos along with other snacks and plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You can check out more details on the vendors here.

Will there be tacos that are only available at the fest?
Yes, we’ve got some great vendors making exclusive tacos for the fest, including Taco Taco all the way from Shanghai. You can read more about the tacos only available at the fest here

Will there be vegan or vegetarian tacos at the fest?
Yes, a number of vendors will be selling vegan or vegetarian tacos including the following places:

  • Bollywood Tales
  • Taco Taco
  • Las Musas
  • Wawabeer Taproom
  • NBeer

How do I buy tickets?
You can buy early bird tickets by scanning the QR code below, they’re RMB 20 for one standard ticket.

What do the early bird tickets include?
Early bird tickets include a Taco Fest ticket wristband and Taco Fest sombrero. 

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes you can buy tickets at the door, they’re RMB 30.

How do I find my ticket after I’ve bought it and how do I get into the festival?
If you’ve already bought a ticket it’s best to prepare the QR code for the e-ticket in advance by following the instructions in the poster below. When you arrive at the venue, go to the “early bird ticket” entrance, show your QR code and you’ll be given a bracelet to enter the festival.

What time does the festival start and finish? Is there a schedule of activities?
The festival starts at 11am and runs until 9pm. You can check out the schedule for entertainment below and find out more about the entertainment and other activities that will be at the festival by clicking here.

How do I get a Taco Fest Passport and how does it work?
When you arrive you’ll be given your Taco Fest Passport and the rules are simple: make a purchase at any vendor to earn one “taco stamp”, be one of the first 100 people to collect ten stamps and you will win an exclusive Rong Momo Taco Fest fridge magnet!

Which day is most recommended to go to the fest?
The peak day of the fest will be Saturday, so if you’re looking for a less busy vibe with fewer queues we recommend attending on Sunday. 

Can I bring children to the fest?
Yes! Children are welcome! We have plenty of kid-friendly activities in our Kid Zone, plus, children under 1.4 meters get into the fest for free on Saturday and Sunday before 2pm!

Can I bring pets to the fest?
Yes! The venue is completely pet-friendly so your furry friends are welcome! Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and that you are responsible for your own pet.

Where are the toilets located at the festival?
The toilets are located inside Tiantongyuan Culture and Arts Center on each floor, just follow the green toilet signs. 

Is there a dress code for the fest?
We encourage everyone to dress up in your best fiesta themed outfit! You can see our second post today for more info on what great taco-themed clothing we’ll have at our swag store at the fest.

How do I get to the festival?

Subway

Getting to the Tiantongyuan Culture and Arts Center for Taco Fest by subway is super easy and convenient. Simply hop on Line 5 and disembark at Tiantongyuan Nan (天通苑南) Exit A. From there, walk or grab a share bike and head north along Litang Lu Fulu (立汤路辅路), turn east onto Taipingzhuang Zhong Yijie (太平庄中一街) then keep walking until you see the big Taco Fest entrance! 

Ride Hailing App

If you’re using a ride hailing app simply type in "Tiantongyuan Culture Artistic Center" if you're using an English app or "天通苑文化艺术中心" if you're using a Chinese app. 

Taxi

If you’re taking a taxi, just show your driver this address昌平区太平庄中一街天通中苑配套公建G区G-la号天通苑文化艺术中心.

Driving

If you're driving to the fest you can park at the Tiantongyuan BHG Mall right by the festival, please note that there is a parking charge for using the car park.
