Taco Fest is only two days (Apr 20-21) away and if you haven’t got yourself tickets yet, we’re sure that a look at the tacos which are EXCLUSIVE to Taco Fest will give you that kick you need!

Yes, these are tacos that you will only be able to enjoy at the fest so this is the one-time chance you Beijing foodies have got to try them! Now let’s prepare to dig in…

Taco Taco

Joining us all the way from Shanghai we have Taco Taco, who are bringing their tacos up to Beijing for the first time ever! The only time to try them without hopping on train or flight to Shanghai, they’ll be offering six exclusive tacos:

Bollywood Tales by Dastaan

Brand new Indian restaurant Bollywood Tales have created two exclusive tacos for the fest:

Bollywood Tandoori Chicken – tandoori roasted chicken combined with Indian spices, Brussels slaw and a smattering of mint chutney.
Masala Veggie – assorted roast vegetables with a zingy tomato salsa.

Berlin Bites

Bringing tacos with a special German twist to the mix is Berlin street food aficionados Berlin Bites. They’ve created four exclusive tacos for the fest:

Döner – chicken, mixed veggies and herb sauce.
German – a smear of honey mustard sauce topped with sauerkraut, a whole Thuringian sausage, flash-pickled onions and adorned with mayonnaise.
Vegan Supreme – a house-made chunky salsa with corn and pineapple combined with their flavor packed oven-baked quinoa.
Sweet Dessert Taco – a deep-fried taco layered with a cream cheese yogurt spread, chopped peanuts and dried cranberries topped with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

DELI NYC

Swapping out sandwiches for tacos, new kid on the block DELI NYC have four exclusive tacos at the fest:

BBQ Pulled Pork
Lemon Chicken

Home Plate BBQ

American barbecue spot Home Plate will be taking their signature barbecued meats and turning them into some tasty tacos, with three exclusive tacos at the fest:

Brisket – smoked brisket with tomato salsa, diced red onion, cilantro and pickled jalapeños for a touch of tang.
Smokey Char Siu – hand-pulled pork imbued with homemade char siu barbecue sauce and nestled with crispy pork crackling, cucumber and green onion.
Buffalo Chicken – crispy fried chicken is coated in their tangy buffalo sauce balanced out by tomato salsa, shredded lettuce and a decadent blue cheese dressing.

TRIBE GARDEN Restaurant & Lounge

New African restaurant TRIBE GARDEN have two exclusive tacos:

Goat Meat
Smoked Turkey Salad and Smoked Salmon with Avocado

The Local

The Local are taking their famous buffalo chicken and putting it in taco form for their exclusive taco at the fest:

Buffalo Chicken – slow-cooked buffalo chicken, cheddar cheese, and their homemade jalapeno ranch dressing in a crispy flour taco shell.

Q MEX BAR & GRILL

Q MEX Bar & Grill will be bringing back a taco that is normally reserved for Mexican Embassy events only, the exclusive taco is:

Carnitas – slow-simmered pork topped with tomatillo salsa, chopped onion, and cilantro served in a white corn flour tortilla.

Las Musas Taqueria

Las Musas are offering a dose of spice with their three exclusive tacos:

Spicy Habenero Chicken
Spicy Green Chili Beef Machaca Taco
Hibiscus Flower Taco (vegan)

IN&OUT

IN&OUT is taking the famous Yunnan dish Lemon Roasted Chicken and putting it in taco form for their exclusive taco:
