We just tried Mackmyra single malt - the first whisky to be made in Sweden. Based on "cooperative" principles where over 10,000 "ambassadors" each own a share of the company by virtue of buying their own keg of whisky, Mackmyra has applied a few Swedish twists to their single malt.
