Café Flo Opens a New Branch in Sanlitun Taikooli for More Sophistication

Sanlitun is an inexhaustible hoptspot for food and beverage fans; most recently, it has attracted Café Flo to open their third branch on the third floor of Taikooli. The café, which will officially open in early July, is a more low-key iteration of the popular and high-end French restaurant Maison Flo (formerly known as Brasserie Flo).

Located next to Element Fresh and across from Hatsune, the new Café Flo feels French from head to toe and boasts a sophisticated atmosphere. Offering the same menu as the other two branches, they cover breakfast at a reasonable price, with offerings like a ham and cheese omelet with sausage or a crepe (RMB 35-48), oysters (RMB 48-66), pastas (RMB 65-228), and brunches (RMB 85-238). If you're looking for something bigger, you can also go for the main dishes, such as Boston lobster, crab leg, and steak. We tried veloute de fruits de mer (RMB 55) which was a seafood veloute with French mussels and garlic bread, and the Cuisse de canard confite (RMB 79), which is a traditional French dish consisting of duck leg with braised red cabbage and port wine sauce.

They also offer afternoon tea (RMB 138-208 for 2 people), as well as some snacks (RMB 20-58). Another exciting feature is the large selection of coffee, including specialty items like the Floppuccino signature lattees and some cold-pressed juices. Aside from inheriting such delicious beverages and dishes from Maison Flo, this new branch also maintains its forebearers penchant for impeccable service.
