All the Remaining Sausage Fest Food and Drink Vendors

Sausage Fest is right around the corner and we’ve already taken a look at some of the spectacular vendors who will be serving up their succulent sausages and hot dogs at the fest, plus all of the banging entertainment in store. Now, it’s time to take a look at all the remaining food and drink vendors who are going to make this weekend’s fest one sausage party you don’t want to miss!

Franziskaner 范佳乐小麦啤酒

You can't enjoy sausages without some top-notch German beer and famous German brewery Franziskaner will be serving up plenty of their craft brews to go with your hot dogs and sausages. Founded in 1363 in Munich, Germany, Franziskaner has been perfecting their beer-making skills for centuries. Franziskaner's brews are known for their rich aroma and taste. Come and have a try!


DMDENMARK 丹姆大叔

DMDENMARK will be serving up Wood-Smoked Hot Dogs along with two types of sausages at the fest: a German-Style Scallion Sausage and a Munich Weisswurst. The former of which is a culinary delight that merges traditional German sausage craftsmanship with unique Chinese flavors. It’s made from high-quality pork enhanced with freshly chopped scallions and a selection of carefully chosen spices such as white pepper and cinnamon, which are all expertly blended and smoked to perfection. The fresh aroma of scallions complements the deep, smoky notes, offering a layered and satisfying taste with every bite.


Home Plate BBQ 本垒美式烤肉

Barbecue aficionados Home Plate will have three hot dogs at the fest: Corn Dog, Smoked Sausage Hot Dog, Chili Cheese Dog and three sausages: Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage, Smoked Brisket Sausage and Chengdu Mala Sausage. They recommend trying the Chili Cheese Dog, which sees a smoked sausage smothers in their slow-cooked brisket Texas Chili and melted cheddar cheese in a freshly baked hot dog bun for a smoky twist on an American classic. 

For spice lovers, the Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage is a must try. Freshly ground pork is mixed with their secret sausage spice blend, pickled jalapenos and chunks of cheddar cheese, then it's cured and cold smoked with apple wood. It’s bursting with flavor and gooey cheesy pockets. Along with sausage options, Home Plate will also have their signature frozen drink, the Mintberry Crush, which combines strawberry, raspberry, fresh lime juice and mint for a super refreshing concoction that’s sure to beat the summer heat. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions will be available.


1F Bopjib 一楼饭家

Bringing some Korean flavor to the fest we have 1F Bopjib, who have got four sausages in store: a Garlic Sausage, Kimchi Sausage, Bulgogi Sausage and Blood Sausage. The Kimchi Sausage has to be the one to try: inspired by the sausages found in food markets in Seoul, its stuffed full of spicy fermented kimchi and juicy pork with a touch of garlic and curry to create a sausage bursting with umami flavor. To wash it down they’ve got a Korean cocktail, the Somaek, aka a soju bomb that combines beer with soju; a Komaek or coke bomb that mixes coke and beer; and finally a Pineapple Punch.


NBEER CRAFT BREWING CO.&PUB 牛啤堂精酿啤酒

NBEER will be offering three intriguing hot dogs at the fest: Chicken with Crab Salted Egg Yolk Crisp Rice Hot Dog, Mexican Beef and Crayfish Hot Dog and USDA-Prime Beef Melted Cheese Hot Dog. Along with hot dogs, they’ve got a Grilled German Sausage Cheese Poutine and a Bolognaise Chicken with Crab Salted Egg Yolk Poutine. As you’d expect from a brewpub, NBeer will be bringing some of their signature brews to accompany the food, including their award winning Beijing Gose Modern, which has floral notes of lemon and grapefruit.

Beersmith 鲜啤吧

Gastropub Beersmith will have two hot dogs at the fest: the Classic American Hot Dog and the Caramelized Onion and Chili Con Carne Hot Dog, as well as two sausages: Pils Battered Veal Sausage with Cheese Sauce and Curry Wurst Veal Sausage. The hot dogs and Pils Battered Veal Sausage have all been created exclusively for the Sausage Fest, so this will be your only chance to try them! Aside from hot dogs and sausages, they’ll have some of their beers available, including the South German Weiss, Italian Pilsner, Hopsessed Hazy IPA, Neonseltzer and Hopsession Hazy Pale.


5K Sausage Institute 5k烤肠研究院

Specializing in making sausages for over eight years, 5K will have three classic hot dogs at the fest: Frankfurter, Thuringer and Nuremberg and four of their flavored sausages: Plain, Black Pepper, Crawfish and Cheese & Corn. All of their sausages have a high quality 95 percent meat content and use only natural seasonings.


TuT&aLa 拖拖拉拉 泰式小食

TuT&aLa have created an exclusive Thai Hot Dog for the festival. Instead of the usual traditional combination of pickles and yellow mustard, their Thai Hot Dog sees a cheese sauce covered in a Thai style spicy stir-fried meat sauce all nestled in a hot dog bun. Along with the hot dog, they’ll have Sai Au, a northern Thai sausage infused with over ten different kinds of herbs and spices; Cuttlefish Sausage and Cheese Sausage. They’ll also have a refreshing Pineapple Soda with Chili Pepper and a Pineapple Smoothie, both perfect for cooling off.  


Nord Grill & Bar 诺德西餐

Nord will have one hot dog and one sausage at the fest. The hot dog is a Chili Dog featuring their secret Mexican chili smothered over a sausage and topped with pickled jalapeño rings for a bit of extra spice. The sausage is a German Pork Cheese Sausage. Mozzarella is stuffed inside a homemade pork sausage and cooked until crisp on the outside but juicy and creamy on the inside. To pair with your hot dog or sausage they’ll have some Danish and German beers too.


V,INN 维恩餐吧

V,INN will be serving up two hot dogs at the fest, the Grain-Fed Beef Hot Dog, which sees a beef sausage smothered in cheese sauce sandwiched in a cactus and peach-infused hot dog bun; and the Chili Hot Dog with Tomato Salsa. They’ll also have a Snail Sausage, a curled sausage similar to a Cumberland sausage – hence the name “snail” – served with homemade sauerkraut.


Xibei Catering Group 西贝莜面村

Founded in 1988 by Jia Guolong, Xibei Catering Group has become one of the leading catering brands in China, with around 360 directly operated stores in 58 cities across the country. They will have two types of sausage at the festival: Beef Sausage and Lamb Sausage. The latter is made with grass-fed lamb, which gives the sausage a super fresh and juicy flavor. 


Dog Days 三伏天

New Inner Mongolian fusion restaurant Dog Days will have an impressive five different varieties of hot dogs at the fest: Classic Jumbo Hot Dog, New York Style Chili Hot Dog, Inner Mongolian Lamb Stew Hot Dog, BBQ Beef Hot Dog and Inner Mongolian Lamb Shaomai Hot Dog. The latter takes the traditional Inner Mongolian shaomai (dumpling) filling of lamb, spices and green onions and turns it into a sausage all sandwiched inside a hot dog bun.


IN&OUT 一坐一忘

Putting a Yunnan spin on tacos is Lijiang-themed eatery IN&OUT with their Rice Cake Hot Dog. This sees them swap out the traditional hot dog bun for a rice cake – also known as a bait block, a Yunnan specialty made from processed rice – instead and stuffing it with a sausage, lettuce and a spicy sauce. They'll also have some Yunnan snacks, plus to help you cool off, a revitalizing Sour Papaya Juice with Rose Jam and a Nine Inch Beer.


WILD CAMPING BEAST (WCB) 野露獣

Wild Camping Beast will be bringing three hot dogs to the fest: the Bongo Dog, Black Battle Dog, the intriguing Mystery Dog – which will be revealed at the festival – and a sweet dessert hot dog dubbed the Ice Dog. They’ll also have two sausages: a Thuringer Sausage and Sichuan Sausage as well as a Beer Shake – the ideal accompaniment to your sausage or hot dog – and Strawberry Shake for those non-drinkers. 


HUNGER DOG 饿狗

HUNGER DOG will be serving up a range of different hot dogs at the fest, including an intriguing creation that’s finished with a perfectly runny fried egg on top. All of their hot dogs are made from high quality ingredients with all the sauces and other add-ons carefully crafted in house.  


Grand Millennium Beijing千禧大酒店

Grand Millenium Beijing will have a range of different hot dogs at the fest along with a variety of snacks like Jinzhou Barbecue and Korean Fried Chicken as well as beers, wine and other drinks to wash it all down with.


TUKTUK Thai Herbal Beverage TUKTUK泰式植物鲜萃饮

Normally purveyors of Thai beverages, TUKTUK will also be bringing Sai Ua, aka Thai sausage, to the fest. A traditional north Thailand dish, this pork sausage is seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices like lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal and chili. They’ll of course have an array of their Thai style drinks as well like Sparkling Water with Lemon Grass and Lemon, Thai Iced Lemon Tea with Basil, Fresh Boiled Lemon Grass Juice, Lemon Grass and Lemon Americano and Handmade Lemon Grass and Lemon.


CHEERS Wines 齐饮进口葡萄酒

CHEERS Wines will be joining the fest with plenty of their great quality wines and carefully crafted cocktails. On the wine front, there will be Nos Racines Merlot, Nos Racines Sauvignon Blanc and  Premiere Gold Dry Sparkling Wine. In the cocktail department, they’ll have a refreshing Gin and Tonic, a fruity Paloma, a tongue-tingling Spicy Sparkling Margarita and an Italian classic, the Aperol Spritz


Oatlab 燕麦实验室

If you’re looking for a sweet treat during Sausage Fest, then Oatlab has you covered with their excellent range of oat milk-based vegan ice creams. They’ve also created an exclusive Summer Milk Shake for the fest which is based on their oat milk ice cream. 


Hood Kidz Lab

You might recognize the name Hood Kidz as the hip-hop theater crew who will be performing at Sausage Fest, however it isn’t just amazing choreography they’ve got up their sleeves, but banging cocktails as well! You can taste two of their cocktails at the fest: the Hood Kidz Tonic and Hood Kidz Martini.


THE BARN 汇天下

Tea experts THE BARN will be bringing some of their refreshing tea concoctions to the fest including Rose Red Robe Tea, Peach Oolong and Rose Luo Shen. The former of is one of their signature teas, which features red robe tea, a variety of oolong tea that originated in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian, is injected with rose fragrance and brewed using mountain spring water.


Sausage Fest will be taking place at FFC South Square on May 17 from 4-9pm and on May 18 and 19 from 11am-9pm. Early bird tickets are RMB 25, VIP tickets are RMB 108 and tickets on the door are RMB 35. You can purchase tickets be scanning the QR code in the poster above.
