New Burgers, Pizza and More on These Autumn Menus
As we head into fall, there are some new autumn offerings up for grabs at a few eateries in Beijing, including two of our favorite things: new burgers and pizzas. Along with these seasonal options, don't forget that Restaurant Week Autumn 2025 is currently running until Sep 29, if you want to snap up some discounted deals.
Soldout

Soldout has added two new limited-edition burgers to their menu for the autumn season. The first is the Roasted Pepper Cheeseburger (RMB 43), which features a 100 percent grain-fed beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, celtuce (Chinese lettuce), Sichuan sausage and roasted red pepper mayo. The other is the Roasted Pepper Chicken (RMB 26), which sees a five-spiced fried chicken breast paired with celtuce, Sichuan sausage and roasted red pepper mayo. The burgers are available at both Soldout branches.

COMMUNE

A little while ago, COMMUNE launched their new autumn menu, adding a variety of new dishes, including two new pizzas. One is the Tartufata Supreme (RMB 258). An upgrade to their super popular Tartufata (RMB 148), it's topped with a bechamel sauce, wild black truffle paste, mushrooms, salted egg yolk, burrata cheese and finished with freshly shaved black Yunnan truffles. Then there is also the Meat Lovers (RMB 138), which sees one of their crusts loaded with ham, beef, sausage and chicken, which have been cooked in red wine and onions and paired with cheese and a drizzle of garlic oil and thyme. Other new additions are the Smoked Slow-Roasted Beef Ribs, Fried Pumpkin Mac and Cheese Balls and Gambas Al Ajillo (RMB 88).

Great Leap

Last week, Great Leap launched a new autumn brunch menu, which will be available from 11am to 4pm on the weekends. On the menu, they've got brunch classics like Salmon Egg Benedict (RMB 78), which sees ciabatta topped with eggs, hollandaise, avocado, arugula, salmon, cherry tomato and dill weed; and Bacon Egg Benedict, which is topped with the same but switches out the salmon for bacon. They've also got Quesadillas (RMB 68), stuffed with either chicken or beef, taco sauce, cheese, salsa, yoghurt and cilantro. You can get the autumn brunch menu at all locations except Great Leap #6.

Shake Shack

To celebrate the season, Shake Shack has embraced mushrooms, adding two limited-edition mushroom items to their menu. The first is the Maitake Mushroom Burger (RMB 68), which features an Angus beef patty topped with cheese, Dijon mustard mayo, perilla leaf, fried maitake mushrooms and fried mushrooms, all finished with a sprinkling of nori flakes. The other item is the Crispy Mushrooms (RMB 26), which sees deep-fried mushrooms paired with perilla leaf, spicy pepper salt and nori flakes.
