Beijing Favorites Bring 30+ Exclusive Burgers to Juicy Burger Fest
Saddle up, burger lovers! Ahead of this year's Juicy Burger Fest, all set to take place from May 1-4 at WeiboIN in Chaoyang Park, we're taking a look at just what burger-licous offerings we have in store. This year, we're doing things a little differently with a carefully created lineup of Beijing burger favorites alongside an array of out-of-town guests.
In this first vendor post, we're going to start out on our home turf, taking a peek at what our Beijing vendors will be offering, which this year includes an impressive 30+ exclusive burgers and 80+ burgers overall! So, without further ado, let's get stuck in!
Wolfgang's Steakhouse
Black Pearl listed restaurant Wolfgang's Steakhouse will have two exclusive burgers at the festival.
Exclusive Burger(s):
- Wolfgang's Special Dry-Aged Burger – featuring a freshly ground, premium dry-aged steak patty full of nutty, beefy flavor, seared until it develops a crispy crust.

- Wolfgang's Classic Burger – their classic burger with a thick beef patty makes a return just for the festival.
Side Street
Last year's Juicy Burger Cup champions and three-time cup winners Side Street have crafted two exclusive burgers for this year's festival.

- Garlic Rush – a 150g Angus beef patty is layered with white cheddar, their signature slow-cooked garlic confit, fresh lettuce, tomato and chili rings, then finished with a smear of garlic mayo to tie everything together.
- Black Pepper Bandit – a 150g beef patty is smothered in house-made black pepper sauce and paired with melted, cheddar cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion and corn strips.

BEERSMITH GASTROPUB
BEERSMITH GASTROPUB has gone all out for the fest, creating a trio of exclusive burgers.

- Foie Gras Cinnamon & Pear Wagyu Beef Burger – a wagyu beef patty is layered with pear that's been slow-cooked with cinnamon and brown sugar, topped with golden-seared foie gras, and finished with Italian balsamic vinegar.
- Caramelized Thick-Cut Bacon Cheese Burger – thick-cut bacon is pan-seared until crispy and caramelized and then paired with a juicy, premium beef patty.
- Buffalo Chicken Burger – a golden crispy chicken thigh coated in Buffalo-style hot sauce, while a creamy layer adds a smooth, cooling balance.

SLOWBOAT
Six-time Juicy Burger Cup champions SLOWBOAT will be bringing an exclusive burger they've created for the fest, along with an array of their other signature creations.

V BURGER
Pizza Hut's first dedicated burger restaurant in Beijing, V BURGER, will be joining the festival with an array of their signature burgers that feature their unique pizza dough bun. They will also reveal a secret, limited-edition burger at the festival.

Brewery WILD KITE has created an exclusive burger for the fest inspired by Western Chinese flavors.

Creative burger spot DOSH will be offering an exclusive burger at the fest, along with a third iteration of their famous Maryland Crab Cake Burger.

Winners of last year's Best New Burger, Wagyu Kaiju, will be joining our Juicy Burger Fest for a second time.

Benlo's Burger has gone big with their offerings at Juicy Burger Fest this year, creating an impressive four exclusive burgers.

- New Beijing Laba Sesame Marbled Beef Burger – inspired by Beijing hot pot, a beef patty is topped with thinly sliced marbled beef, house-made sesame pasted and pickled laba garlic.
- Seoul Spicy-Grilled Gopchang Burger – gopchang (Korean beef intestine) is charcoal-grilled and layered with Korean chili paste atop a beef patty.
- Sesame Duo Crunch Sandwich – sous vide beef is paired with double-fried chicken and sesame sauce.
- Snow Avo Parm Crispy Chicken Sandwich – fried chicken is topped with freshly shaved 24-month aged Parmigiano-Reggiano and Mexican Hass avocado.
Nashville
Our official bar sponsor at this year's Fest, Nashville will also be bringing along some burgers to go with their drinks.
