Meet the 16 Guest Vendors Only Available at Juicy Burger Fest
Following on from yesterday's post exploring the Juicy Burger Fest offerings from this year's Beijing vendors, we're now turning our attention to our special out-of-town guests.
We've got 16 fantastic burger slingers from 14 cities across China, joining us at Juicy Burger Fest from May1-4 at WeiboIN in Chaoyang Park. From Xinjiang to Hainan, Shanghai and beyond, this will be your only chance to try these burgers without trekking across the country. So, get yourself down to the fest this May holiday to grab the chance before it's gone!
LAZZZY BURGER (Shanghai)
懒人汉堡
LAZZZY BURGER, one of our Shanghai Juicy Burger Fest favorites, will be joining us in the capital for the very first time. Especially for the fest, they've created an exclusive burger in partnership with Hameem, a Pakistani restaurant in Shanghai.
Exclusive Burger(s):
- Butter Chicken Sandwich –chicken thigh seasoned with authentic Pakistani spices is sandwiched inside one of Lazzzy's signature pretzel buns.

Niu A Craft Beer X Burger (Tianjin)
牛A精酿啤酒X手工汉堡
Hailing from nearby Tianjin, Niu A believes that meat is the soul of a burger, so every ingredient is carefully selected to enhance the rich, meaty flavor, not overpower it. For the festival, they've created an exclusive themed burger.

- Gold Rush Classic Angus Hamburger – a 140g Australian M3 Angus patty is paired with a special sauce and thick-cut bacon, topped with melted American cheddar and crisp, homemade bell pepper rings.

Buzzer Beater Burger Station (Tianjin)

Another spot from Tianjin, Buzzer Beater will be bringing a burger to the fest that earned them the "Most Creative Burger Award" at this year's Shanghai Juicy Burger Fest.

- Tianjin Mantis Shrimp Beef Burger – A Wagyu beef patty is topped with pipi shrimp and candied Yulou pear slices all finished with a secret burger sauce.
CHIEF BURGER (Nanjing)
奇福汉堡
CHIEF BURGER is run by an American expat with the aim of bringing authentic American burgers to the Nanjing food scene. A popular vendor at our previous Shanghai Juicy Burger Fests, they'll be offering some of their signature creations in Beijing for the first time.

- Oklahoma Onion Burger – featuring double smash patties made from fresh, in-house ground USDA certified beef, topped with sweet Vidalia onions, deli-style American cheese and their secret Route 66 sauce, all sandwiched inside a tallow-toasted brioche bun.

Big BooM (Nantong)

Big BooM has been bringing their creative burgers to Nantong for eight years and now they're making their Beijing debut at the fest.

- Foie Gras, Cinnamon Apple Beef Burger – pan-seared foie gras is paired with a thick beef patty and topped with house-made cinnamon apple and balsamic vinegar.

Bull Demon Burger Lab (Yiwu)

Bull Demon Burger Lab from Yiwu specializes in crafting Chinese fusion burgers. They've brought their creations to more than 20 burger festivals and now to the Beijing Juicy Burger Fest for the first time.

- Fruity Foie Gras & Wagyu Burger – an Angus Wagyu beef patty is layered with seared foie gras, red wine-poached apple slices, Anchor cheese and their signature burger sauce inside a buttery brioche bun.

Go Together Burger Shop (Ningbo)

Hailing from Ningbo, Go Together Burger Shop is all about slow-cooked meat. At the fest, they'll be offering some of their signature creations, which feature ingredients like brisket and short rib.

- Little Devil Black Truffle Burger – slow-smoked beef brisket is topped with earthy black truffle sauce and savory sautéed portobello mushrooms.

HOT SAUCE (Yangzhou)

Hot Sauce from Yangzhou will be joining one of our burger festivals for the first time.

- Cheese Mushroom Burger – an Australian Wagyu beef patty is topped with wild mushrooms sourced from forests deep within Yunnan.

Liangsonghe's Handmade Burger (Sanya)

Joining us all the way from Sanya, Liangsonghe's Handmade Burger will be bringing the tropical flavors of Hainan to the fest with their burgers.

- Island Sasa • Tropical Pineapple Juicy Wagyu Cheeseburger – a Wagyu beef patty is layered with their secret recipe pineapple burger sauce, golden diamond pineapple, red wine caramelized onions and double cheddar cheese slices inside a buttered brioche bun.
Char Char Bistro (Shanghai)

Making their second appearance at Beijing Juicy Burger Fest, Shanghai's Char Char Bistro opened up back in 2014 as the first Western restaurant with an imported butcher shop. For the festival, they've created an exclusive fusion burger.

- Sour Soup Wagyu Beef Tongue Burger – thickly sliced beef tongue is slowly stewed in Guizhou fermented tomato sour soup and then placed atop a crispy imported beef patty with melted cheese in a fluffy bun.

Triple Lucky Burger (Chengdu)

Chengdu's Triple Lucky Burger is no stranger to burger festivals, having joined numerous ones across China, however this will be their first time joining our Beijing Juicy Burger Fest.

- Musang King Durian Cheese Beef Burger – Musang King durian is paired with mozzarella cheese and baked in an oven so that they blend together and then layered atop a beef patty.

BLACK BIG BAOZANG (Qingdao)

BLACK BIG BAOZANG hails from Qingdao and they'll be showcasing the flavors of the sea at the festival with an exclusive seafood burger.

- Qingdao Seafood Deluxe Burger – a seafood-packed burger with crispy sea sausage (urechis), conch, shrimp and gongcai (a Chinese stem vegetable) paired with an Angus beef patty.

HOLE BURGER (Kashgar)

HOLE BURGER from Kashgar will be offering a range of burgers that bring the unique tastes of Xinjiang to the festival.

Spicy Xinjiang Chili Braised Double Beef Burger – a thick beef patty is topped with shredded braised beef strips and seasoned with Xinjiang spices, all finished with melted cheese.

TonyBurger from Jiangmen in Guangdong will be offering up a selection of smash burgers at the festival.

Triple Truffle Smash Burger – three smash patties are stacked with truffle sauce and caramelized onions atop melted cheddar and then finished with two layers of Gouda on top inside a butter-toasted bun.

MissU Burger hails from Wenzhou and after joining our Shanghai Juicy Burger Fest multiple times, they're now coming to Beijing.

FEED BURGER (Jiaxing)

Food truck vendor FEED BURGER from Jiaxing in Zhejiang will be offering up a range of their unique burger combinations at the festival.
Featured Burger:
- Sour Cream & Salmon Beef Burger – a handmade brioche bun is slathered with sour cream and then topped with an Angus patty drizzled with homemade black truffle mayo, layers of delicate smoked salmon, crisp lettuce, and tangy oil-soaked tomatoes.

Juicy Burger Fest 2026 will be taking place at WeiboIN at Chaoyang Park from May 1-4 from 11am until 10pm. Entrance to the festival is completely free.
