Aperitivo Returns, CD Jazz Goes Blues, RMB 1 Drinks

Aperitivo has reopened after a month or so of renovations. You might have noticed the shiny new sign outside if you've passed by in the last week, but last night was the first chance to get a proper look inside. Beijing Boyce has the details here.

The space that was formerly CD Jazz Cafe reopens tonight as CD Blues Cafe. Boss Big John tells us he's got bands booked every Thursday to Sunday throughout April, but hopes to have bands in most nights of the week. The kitchen isn't ready yet, so for now there'll be more blues, and less cafe. The "CD" stands for "Central District," if you care.

Finally, a reminder that Fubar is offering RMB 1 vodka mojitos between 7pm and 9pm tonight. It's going to be messy ...
