Thanksgiving Feasts, Pt. 2 (Including a Vegan Option)

Thanksgiving is just over a week away (falling on Nov 27 this year) and there are plenty of spots around the capital where you can grab your Thanksgiving feast. We already took a gander at some of the offerings in part one , and now we’re back with even more! This time around, we’ve got everything from a vegan Thanksgiving option to Inner Mongolian lamb, FREE turkey feasts, Thanksgiving sandwiches and more! 

Thanksgiving at Georgia's Feast and Turkish Feast

Georgia's Feast and Turkish Feast have a couple of offerings this year. At Georgia's Feast on Thu, Nov 27, they will put on a dine-in Thanksgiving Feast where you can enjoy roasted turkey completely free! It is first-come, first-served, though, so be sure to book a place early if you want to guarantee a spot. If you prefer to stay at home, they'll also be doing Thanksgiving Turkey Set Meals, which include a whole turkey, five sides and two sauces. You can read more about them both here.

Thanksgiving Meal at Side Street

Side Street will be doing Thanksgiving Feast Sets at their Jianguomen branch on Nov 26 and 27 from 7pm to 9pm. The sets include: Herb-Roasted Turkey Slices with gravy, seven sides and Pumpkin Pie for dessert, plus two drinks (choose from house red or white wine and beer) for each guest. Festive To Go Sets From the Hyatt Regency

The Hyatt Regency has a few different Festive To Go Sets this year. They've got traditional offerings like the Apple Honey Glazed Turkey (serves six to eight people) and the Pineapple Honey Glazed Ham (serves six to eight people), as well as less classic options such as Sous-Vide Grain Fed Beef Striploin (serves 10-12 people) and Grilled Inner Mongolian Lamb Rack (serves four to six people).

For a less traditional Thanksgiving meal, WhyNot is offering Thanksgiving Dinner Sets, which feature some of their burgers from this year's Juicy Burger Fest as well as other dishes like Spanish Ham & Cheese Platter, Slow-Roasted Pork Ribs, and Pastrami Beef Salad. They will also have a limited supply of Italian Brewery Baladin's Pumpkin Ale.

Free Thanksgiving Turkey and Turkey To Go at Wild Kite

Another spot offering free turkey is Wild Kite. They will be putting on a Thanksgiving Turkey Party at all three of their Beijing branches on Nov 27.  It's first-come, first-served, so you'll need to be sure to get there early if you want some! Vegan Thanksgiving and More Meals at Arrow Factory

There is good news for vegans or vegetarians this Thanksgiving: Arrow Factory is doing Vegan Thanksgiving Dinners that feature an Aubergine, Lentil and Mushroom Duxelles Wellington with vegan sides and Apple Pie with Vegan Custard for dessert. They're also doing Turkey Thanksgiving Meals and both this and the vegan meals are dine-in and are running from Nov 24 to 30. Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich at Moka Bros

For those looking for the taste of Thanksgiving without splurging on a whole feast, Moka Bros has you covered with their seasonal Turkey Sandwich + Americano deal. The sandwich sees rye bread stuffed with smoked turkey, traditional bread stuffing, cream cheese, lettuce, cranberry sauce and gravy, and it also comes with a medium Americano.
