Last week the deputy head of CCTV’s sports center and main sports anchor Zhang Bin was publicly humiliated by his wife, Hu Ziwei, also a well-known presenter at BTV, during a broadcast marking CCTV5’s relaunch as the “Olympic Channel.” Hu climbed onto the stage where Zhang was presenting, and despite CCTV workers trying to pull her off, gave a heated narrative concerning Zhang’s “improper relations with another woman.” She also said that if China didn’t reassess its value system then the country could not become a great power.
Hu, who had found out two hours earlier about Zhang’s affair, hinted that they would divorce, which was confirmed a day later according to insiders at CCTV (reported on Chinese news-sites). Although CCTV has been trying to downplay the news, the Chinese cyberspace is rife with rumors and comments about the sordid affair. Although website officials have since deleted many of the posts, discussion forums and message boards are still exploding with netizens giving their opinions – some say that Hu deserved her humiliation for causing Zhang’s previous marital breakup (it’s rumored that Hu actively seduced the famous anchor whilst Zhang was still married).
And despite new revelations about Zhang’s past lovers (many of whom in the television industry) and infidelities, Zhang’s behavior has not been wholly condemned on the net.
It’s certain that Hu’s television career is ruined for the time being, especially after her already damaged reputation – she’s the reporter responsible for the media fiasco over the cardboard baozi in July this year (she lost her job and was rumored to have been jailed). Allegedly Hu lied about flavored cardboard sold off as baozi filling in Beijing street food on BTV. Zhang’s fate is also uncertain: Insiders at CCTV have confirmed that Zhang handed in his resignation letter a day after the episode. But the question remains: Will CCTV really sack the man revered as its most popular and important sport anchor as the Olympics approach?

I am thinking what I would do if I was her, after I lost the job, which I have been working hard on for many years and even gives up the idea of having an child.

well-known presenter in CCTV 5 , and yes, the colleague of him and she has beat Hu because of Zhang. She mentioned "two hours ago " means she got news that this woman got pregnant two hours ago.
Maybe it is the main reason she gets mad. Moreover,I heard it is not the first time he makes his colleague get pregnant. I have question? Has he ever make his legal wives(includes the "ex") pregnant instead of getting at least two chances to have illegitimate child with different women?

The funny thing I find on Hu's on line profile is the most thing Hu Ziwei dreams of is travel the world with her husband and I also find another woman, Zhang has affair with,she said her favorite book is
Tao Te Ching(it means the book of morality)on her on-line profile.
Well, I think Hu is brave. Is any better way to humiliate him in the front of so many cameras? I am just a little worried what will Chinese official treat her after this.It can be a "political mistake". It is official Press Conference and also related to China's Mian Zi.
I sympathize with her about she is cheated and she became main target to take most responsibilities of cupboard baozi report, but I really can not relate this fat man with any romantic love story. For me, he is not charming at all. How could this women fall in love with him? Maybe he has special fascination and make women forget his.... face and .... figure?

I think the woman (Mrs Zhang Bin) over reacted and she has every thing to lose. believe me, there're thousands of young ladies more prettier that will go after your man -- even if he sleeps with every lady in CCTV (Channel 1 to 9)
Come'on woman, why didnt you seek advice first.. or handle it diplomatically..

In my original draft I had stated that the report was by China Daily - this was omitted from the final draft. But does anyone know for certain whether the Fake Fake baozi report was true or not? Zhao Ziwei was certainly affected by it though - she acted like there was nothing for her to lose.

You can not make a statement like this without being able to prove it...Otherwise instead of journalism your are just posting the same disinformation that is in China Daily.
I'm curious, would you even have the courage to find out who the real author of the article in China Daily was? Or to ask who their sources were? My guess is no...

After your wife exposes your adultery on TV it's time you get a divorce. You shouldn't be thinking and hoping some one please save my marriage if you loved her you wouldn't have cheated on her.
