Why did you bring Saratoga to China? A couple of friends and I went to Roosevelt Hotel for a dinner in New York last year, where I was amazed to see these cobalt blue bottles glowing on almost every tables – so elegant and attractive! When we ordered water, our waiter showed us the cobalt glass bottle and recommended this Saratoga Spring Water. The taste of the water was so fresh and crisp. We were all impressed by this luxury water. With my experiences in hotel food and beverage in China, I knew that this water would be a unique premium product if we could bring it over. It will make a beautiful addition to any luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.

What’s so special about Saratoga? As America’s first bottled water, Saratoga is offered in a distinctive cobalt blue glass bottle. It is one of purest spring waters available in the world. Bottled at the source of springs flowing up from deep beneath the lush Adirondack foothills in the State of New York since 1872, Saratoga Spring Water has low sodium and low mineral content, allowing for easy absorption. Saratoga Spring Water has been recognized as one of the top fine waters in North America and served in luxury hotels such as Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Roosevelt, Waldorf Astoria, etc., as well as in many upscale restaurants. Saratoga is the only official water for Chaîne des Rôtisseurs USA.

What’s the difference between Saratoga Spring Water and other imported mineral water? Unlike many other imported mineral waters in the market, Saratoga doesn’t have heavy minerals or strong carbonation. It has a crisp refreshing taste that cleanses the palate and does not impair the taste of food and wine. Its tiny, champagne-like bubbles accent the subtle flavors of food and enhance the flavor of gourmet dishes. That’s the reason Saratoga spring water is the first choice of many top chef-owned restaurants. It is also the best water for wine tastings and perfect mixer for single malt whisky, as well as best water for brewing tea. The taste of Saratoga is at its best when chilled to a temperature of 12 degrees C.

Where can we find Saratoga? We distribute two types – natural spring water and sparkling spring water. The cobalt glass bottles will be soon available in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants and private clubs in Beijing and Shanghai. By the end of this year our market will be gradually expanded to all major cities in greater China including Hong Kong, Macau and Taipei. I’m sure more and more people will be attracted by these elegant decorative cobalt blue bottles and enjoy the fresh, smooth softness of Saratoga Spring Water.
