Teams for Argentina Versus Brazil Soccer Match Arrive in Beijing

Team members for Saturday's friendly between 2014 World Cup runners-up Argentina and World Cup hosts Brazil began arriving Wednesday, with players mobbed by fans.

Argentina star Lionel Messi needed police protection to keep back the throngs, and similar crowds turned up to see a whole bunch of Brazilians famous enough to only need one name, like Neymar, according to The Daily Mail.

Tickets for the match, which will take place at the National Stadium/Bird's Next, are still available, from RMB 199 to 2,999.

The match is the first of two big sporting events in the next seven days. The NBA's Global Games bring basketball to Beijing on October 15 at the MasterCard Center in Wukesong, with the Sacramento Kings playing the Brooklyn Nets. Some tickets are still available for that event.
