Quattro Farewellio: Four More Pizzas to be Eliminated Tonight as Elite 8 Closes

Voting in the Round of 8 in the Beijinger's 2014 Pizza Cup closes at midnight tonight – so if you’ve yet to cast a vote for your favorites, now’s the time to do it as tomorrow there will be but four contestants left.

We started with 64 pizzas grouped into four divisions three weeks ago and in each round we’ve seen the competition halved till now, where a mere 8 contestants remain standing.

In this round we’re down to the finals of each of the four divisions:

The Pizza Specialists category final features La Pizza (3) vs Gung Ho! Pizza (5)

The Mid-Range/Family Style final pits Eatalia (2) vs Alio Olio (4)

The Bars/Cafés final sees Sanlitun’s The Tree (1) face off vs Wudaokou’s Sugar Shack (3)

And in the Upscale Restaurants Final, Kitchen Igosso (7) does battle with The Rug (8).

Each of your finalists will then go on to face off in the Final Four to determine the two establishments that will enter the final round and vie for the 2014 Pizza Cup.
