Classic Festivities at Aria - RMB 988
Aria is being transformed into a Christmas Nutcracker house on Christmas Eve to get you in the festive mood. No details on the menu for this one at present, but consider some of the dishes they currently have on their black and white truffle menu for inspiration: blow torched veal tartare with dark rye crumble, quail egg and ponzu gel or scallop ceviche with grapefruit pearls, baked celeriac, edamame and king fish tea.

Christmas Day Brunch at Brasserie 1893 - RMB 1,288
Wanted homemade foie gras, top-grade caviar and Australian beef for Christmas brunch? Brasserie 1893 in the Waldorf Astoria has you covered. There will also be traditional favorites like chestnut soup, meat pies and more than 20 kinds of European treats and desserts. You'll probably need it to mop up the free-flow Louis Roederer Champagne.

Colorful Christmas at Heritage - RMB 2,888 for two
Head over to Sofitel Wanda Plaza's French restaurant Heritage for a sumptuous Christmas Eve feast. In addition to seven courses of traditional French fare (think Gillardeau oysters, goose liver terrine and chestnut Mont Blanc), you'll be welcomed with a glass of Champagne and receive a voucher for 50 percent off a stay in one of the hotel's luxury rooms.
