Long time stalwart of the Chaoyang Park West Gate dining scene Chef Too is currently up for sale.

The 26 seater space has a deli attached (Lum Dim Sum blogged about Chef Too's deli options only recently) and comes fully equipped with staff in place. Current owner Chef Billy says that the space is best suited to a chef or restaurateur. In his own words: "You only need to start cooking, bring your creativity and hard work, and you are good to go."

Current asking price is RMB 500,000, cash. He is happy to help you make a connection with the landlord.
