Tell us about your signature burger. What makes it the best burger in Beijing?
The subtle arts involved in creating the J.C. Burger have been handed down to us from the seventh son of the seventh son of the seventh son of Saint Patrick. The patties are moulded in a stone from the ark of the covenant. A single slice of the purest Irish cheddar, cut to the exact dimensions as specified by Stanley Kubrick, is lowered onto the pattie in three precise stages during the grilling ritual, to ensure the holiest union of flavors. Only one in ten thousand lettuce leaves, onion rings and tomato slices make it through our selection criteria to be laid between the sacred buns, which are warmed and toasted by the friction induced purely from the beneficent smiles of our staff, who have been trained by Tibetan monks in this secret art.

The J.C. Burger stands alone. For the heathens amongst us we serve fries and salad at a respectful distance from J.C.
