Pizza Making Workshops, Grand Summit Bazaar, and German Brand Lifestyle Festival this Labor Day Holiday

The Grand Summit will hold a bazaar during the Labor Day weekend 11am-7pm, April 29 to May 2, titled Encounter of Orient and Occident. The event will include handicraft works (Vilaree, Ithinking), jewelry (Dirocca, C.C.G), clothes (Nagqu, DMLJ), as well as tasty food (Deli de Luxe, Hurom Juice), and wine. There will also be several exhibitions throughout the mall, courtesy of the Hi 21 Young Art Fair.

Pizza Express Grand Summit branch will also be joining in the fun, with a pizza making workshop for children (RMB 98). Under the guidance of a Pizza Express chef, children can make (and then scoff) a 10-inch pizza. The price includes a drink. The pizza sessions kick off at 3pm each day between April 29 and May 2. Call the organiser on 8531 5016 for more information.

Across the street from the Grand Summit, the German Brand Lifestyle Festival, organized by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce, East Com Concept (ECC), and China Imperative International, will also be popping. This four-day festival takes place in the Yansha Youyi Shopping City at Beijing Lufthansa Center from April 30 to May 3.

According to Luo Yuchuan, general manager of Beijing Lufthansa Center, “there will be more than 10 German brands in attendance, such as Vorwerk, Command, Kärcher, Fissler, Zwilling, Bosch, Kaethe Kruse, Adrienne, Haflinger, as well as other goods with German elements.” For more information, click here.
