Thursday, April 13

Night Beats China Tour Opening Show
Although not officially "beats," Seattle band Night Beats just happen to have it in their name so what the hell. The group kick off their first ever China tour this Thursday, blending psychedelic and garage rock with folk, a formula that has curried them favor with the likes of Black Lips and The Growlers. Throwback Thursdays: All Day Happy Hour!

Friday, April 14

Black Industrial Electronic Music & Movie Night
Head to Yue Space on Friday to experience a night of electronic music in tribute to the iconic German director, Rainer Fassbinder. Fassbinder’s first movie, Love is Colder than Death (1969) will be screened and soundtracked live by the electronic and industrial musings of NOUS, Mabonona, Noise & Noise, VJ Ink, and Zaliva-D. Drunken Charity Pub Quiz
The Brick hosts a special rendition of their drunken pub quiz this Friday. Special because you'll have the opportunity to test your knowledge as well as your liver for a good cause, with proceeds from ticket sales to be donated to Ms. Chen’s Dog Rescue in Tongzhou. All Night with Boflex

Saturday, April 15

Spring Wonderland, the Electro Music Festival
Be transported to a mystical land of electronic music this Saturday at Spring Wonderland Electro Music Festival, consisting of 30 DJs, including Pancake Lee, Mario Yu, Ou Yang, Dragon Acid, and many more. Collectively, they'll spin a non-stop maelstrom of house, techno, bass, and trap. There'll also be plenty of food and drink on site to keep you fueled through the day. 5pm-6am. Make Out Club
8-Bit invites you to a night of sensual slow-burning, hip-grinding, and tongue-twisting jams, fit for all the lovers in Beijing. The action comes courtesy of DJs PFAC, Ariel, and Cousin Kippy. Organic
Dada goes all out on Saturday with a night full of techno and house courtesy of special guest DJ Jiacheng as well as a selection of contemporary house and classic deep house tracks from resident DJs Juhstynn and Marc Alexr. 10pm-late. Price TBA. Dada.

Woozy Offline Presents: GAIKA
And the weekend’s not over yet! London-based producer/singer Gaika Tavares hits Dada with his special blend of electronic gospel music that is powerful, observant, relevant, and so, so easy to dance to.
