The time for Juicy Burger Fest 2023 is almost upon us, with everything kicking off tomorrow (Oct 27) at 3pm! Ahead of what is undoubtedly going to be one of the most fun weekends of the year, here are all your need-to-know questions answered!

What food and drink will be at Juicy Burger Fest?
Burgers, burgers and more burgers! Yes, we have a stellar line up of burger vendors, including burgers that are only available at the fest, which you can check out here. We also have some of your other favorite burger vendors, some newbies, some non-burger vendors and, of course, drinks vendors too, which you can get the low down on here.

How do I buy tickets?
You can buy early bird tickets by scanning the QR code below. They’re RMB 20 for one standard ticket or RMB 160 for VIP tickets.

What do the standard early bird tickets include?
Early bird tickets include a Juicy Burger Fest ticket wristband and Monkey King crown.

What do the VIP tickets include?

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes you can buy tickets at the door. They’re RMB 30.

How do I find my ticket after I’ve bought it and how do I get into the festival?
If you’ve already bought a ticket it’s best to prepare the QR code for the e-ticket in advance by following the instructions in the poster below. When you arrive at the venue, go to the “early bird ticket” entrance, show your QR code and you’ll be given a bracelet to enter the festival.

Are there any special deals on?
Yes! We have 1,000 burger and drink vouchers, each worth RMB 30, to give away! We’ll be giving out 400 on Friday and 300 on both Saturday and Sunday. You’ll need to head over to booth 4 (see the map below) to get one, but it’s first come first served so be sure to get yourself there early to nab yours! What time does the festival start? Is there a schedule of activities?
The Juicy Burger Fest is running on Fri, Oct 27, from 3pm to 9pm and Sat, Oct 28-Sun, Oct 29, from 11am to 9pm.

Which day is most recommended to go to the fest?
The peak day of the fest will be Saturday, so if you’re looking for a less busy vibe with fewer queues we recommend attending on Friday or Sunday.

Can I bring children to the fest?
Yes, children are welcome! We'll have plenty of kid-friendly activities in our Fun Zone, plus, children under 1.4 meters get into the fest for free on Saturday and Sunday before 2pm!

Can we bring pets to the fest?
Yes! The venue is completely pet-friendly so your furry friends are welcome! However, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and you should also bring your dog license with you.

Where are the toilets located at the festival?
To get to the toilets you’ll need to go out of the main festival entrance (west side) then turn left and simply follow the signs for the toilet.

What should I wear to the Fest? Is there a dress code?
This year our theme is Journey to the West combined with Halloween and we encourage you to dress up! You can look at some possible ideas here.

If you’re planning on staying into the evening we also recommend bringing some warmer clothes because once the sun goes down it can get pretty chilly!

How do I get to the festival?
Juicy Burger Fest is happening at Xidianjiyi FunsTown in Gaobeidian. Here are a few different ways to get there:

Ride Hailing App

If you’re using a ride hailing app, simply type in “Funstown” then pick the option that says “Xidian Yiji Funstown,” which should be the third option. Or if you’re using it in Chinese choose “西店记忆FunsTown,” which should be the second option.

Taxi

If you’re taking a taxi, just show your driver this address: 朝阳区高碑店方家村甲18号西店记忆FunsTown.

Subway and Shuttle Bus

If you’re looking to save some money and take the subway, the closest station to our burger fest venue is Line 7's Baiziwan (百子湾站). To make life easier, we’ve organized shuttle buses to take you from Baiziwan subway station Exit B straight to the South Gate of Xidianjiyi. A return service is also available from the same drop-off point.

On Oct 27, the shuttle will start running at 3pm, with departure scheduled for 3.10pm. Subsequent buses will run every hour, with each scheduled to depart 10 minutes past the hour. The last return shuttle from Xidianjiyi South Gate back to the subway station is set to depart at 9pm.

On Oct 28 and 29 , the shuttle will start running at 11am, with departure scheduled for 11.10pm. Subsequent buses will run every hour, with each scheduled to depart 10 minutes past the hour. The last return shuttle from Xidianjiyi South Gate back to the subway station is set to depart at 9pm.

For those who prefer to walk or cycle from the station you’ll need to head out of Exit B and head east along Guangqu Lu, until you come to Xidianjiyi Lu, turn left (heading north) and carry on up the road until you reach Xidianjiyi South Gate. The walk is about 2.5km and should take around 30 minutes.
