Burger Brief: Eudora Station's Canadian Grilled Beef Sirloin Burger

Burger Brief takes a look at some of the top seeds in the Beijinger 2015 Burger Cup. This time around, we talk to Inaki of Eudora Station to see what pushed their burger into the top 64 in the pre-tournament seedings.

Name: Inaki
Nationality: Parts made in Spain, assembled in England, living in China
Number of years in Beijing: 6
Venue: Eudora Station
Name of signature burger: Canadian Grilled Beef Sirloin Burger

Tell us about your signature burger. What makes it the best burger in Beijing?
I cannot promise that it’s the best, but it’s really designed to awake your taste buds. It is made with a combination of fresh tomatoes and fresh vegetables, the patty is tender and juicy, with melted cheese.

What does the burger come with?
It comes with killer french fries as well as pickled cucumbers, which really pack a special sour taste.

What drink from your menu goes best with the burger?
The signature drink would be our Moscow Mule. Also known as a Vodka Buck, it is made with high quality vodka, a spicy ginger beer, and lime juice, then garnished with a slice or wedge of lime.

What other burgers do you have on the menu?
We also provide a classic beef burger with cheese, egg and bacon.

Aside from your own restaurant's burger, what is the best burger you’ve ever had?
The best burger I have ever tried was Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Burger.
