Tell us about your signature burger. What makes it the best burger in Beijing?
I have been to the city of Madrid twice. Spain's warmth, its cuisine, its ham and its wine are famous all over the world. Here at the fashionable Nali Patio, many of our guests are Spanish, and we named our signature burger after Madrid’s famous Atocha Railway Station.

What does the burger come with?
Fresh Tasmanian grass-fed beef, Manchego cheese, Cinco Jotas Iberian ham, pickles, caramelized onions, Spanish sauce, lettuce, ketchup and other sauces.

What drink from your menu goes best with the burger?
It really depends on each customer's personal preference: we serve freshly-squeezed juices, draught beer and a variety of wines.

What other burgers do you have on the menu?
The Classic; the Double, as well as some our unique creations: the Chef’s Special, the Wu Tong Han, and the AV.

Aside from your own restaurant's burger, what was the best burger you’ve ever had?
Before I opened this shop, I traveled to many different countries to try their burgers, as well as sampled burgers from Beijing’s specialty burger shops. My mission is to is to use this experience, combined with my years working as a chef, to create a restaurant that will become a customer favorite.
