There's so little to complain about right now. The skies are blue, the air is clean, and the sun is shining furiously, which is great for those of you who don’t mind a splash of seasonal color, despite warnings from your dermatologist. Anyway, get out and commune with the magic of Beijing after dark with these hot and steamy summer events, that your other physicians would also not approve of.

Apr 22-23: Migas Rooftop Opening Weekend with Djuma Soundsystem
As probably the most experienced rooftop party zone in the city, you can expect a rather thrilling weekend and a steady stream of fresh air. Friday will exhibit the skills of DJs Boflex, Cad 73, Nassdak, and Demone and Watermelon, while on Saturday, Migas hosts Norway's Djuma Soundsystem, who's joined by regulars Ludo V and Bite-Size Buddha. Apr 22: Dancing in the Spring Breeze: Chinese and Cantonese Disco Nostalgia Night
Notorious Chinese photographer Ren Hang presents a night of classic 70s and 80s Chinese language Disco with DJs Pei, Meng Meng, and The Count of Monte Disco. These songs, primarily from Hong Kong and Taiwan, will send you twirling in the sweeping wind with an enjoyable amount kitsch. There will also be a semi-strict dress code for retro threads being enforced, and Ren Hang will be on the premises snapping photos for a new book he's making. Free. 10pm. ModernSky Lab
 

Apr 22: Street Kids 6th Anniversary Party With Vanilla Killer
Wow, it’s been six years since Street Kids began representing the culture of the streets throughout the Beijing club circuit. For this year’s anniversary at Dada, they are enlisting the skills of Vanilla Killer from Barcelona, Spain. Equal bits sweet and deadly, her passionate mix of footwork and jungle will inject you with a poison and dancing is the only antidote. Apr 23: Cantina Agave's Rooftop Terrace Opening Party
Raise a glass to summer and the festive tradition of Mexican food at the opening party of Cantina Agave's rooftop. They must be going loco in the cabeza, because there will be buy-one-get-one-free beer, sangria, and margaritas all night long, and beats by DJ Jager Zhadan. Yo quiero mucho! Free. 6pm-12am.
