Ready Your Belly and Your Heart: It’s Almost Time for Chi Fan For Charity

Hello Beijing warm-hearted foodies! It’s almost time for the annual Chi Fan for Charity (CFFC). The annual CFFC night is one of the best parties of the year here in Beijing and this year it’s taking place on Nov 21! But it’s a lot more than just a night of fun.

Each year CFFC brings together over 50 of the city’s favorite restaurants and foodies to wine and dine together to raise money for a good cause. Last year the CFFC was able to raise RMB 464,800 for Bethel China, a Beijing-based training center for blind and visually impaired children established in 2003, and since its founding has cared for over 300 kids and assisted with over 130 adoptions.

This is CFFC’s 12th year in Beijing and this year’s charity recipient is Beijing Hidden Treasures Charity Foundation which provides a safe haven for orphans who need hope, advocate adoption for special kids who await adoption, and transform lives with love, education, and medical care.
