Let’s Get Down to Business: Places for Business Lunches in Beijing

I’ve been guilty once or twice for swiping crumbs away from my keyboard as I hastily chow down food that's been delivered to the office. Though some days it can feel like you’re desk is interchangeable with your dining table, the way to break free and clear those heads (and desks) is to go out and recharge with a great Business Lunch. From our Eleventh Annual Reader Restaurant Awards we saw who the hard-working citizens of Beijing prefer to go to when they want to re-group over some delicious lunch items. Below are the results:

The Beijinger Annual Reader Awards, otherwise known as Taikoo Li South's media guide. One of these days English-reading folks who continually vote for the same places in the same spot in town will become more adventurous (fingers crossed).

Note: for places which have multiple locations of the same name (chain restaurants, if you will; 2 of the 3 above), the awards need to note the location. Some are in the basements of buildings, others are located on levels where the sunlight dances around. One location might offer outdoor seating; another is inside a mall. There are discrepancies in locations between even chain restaurants.
