EAT: New Summery Ramo Eats, Jing A Opening Times and Poutine, Tribe Deals, Easter Brunching

The weather is finally picking up. Ramo is getting ahead of the good weather by incorporating fresh summer flavors into their new menu items. We're huge fans of their new crispy thin flatbreads that are topped off with a heap of fresh ingredients, especially the Greek-style flatbread (RMB 46) which is coated in coarse roasted peppers and black olive tapenade, topped of with deconstructed tzatziki: shaved cucumber, fresh mint, and garlic-lime yoghurt.

Tribe Organic has some deals to spoil us at all times of the day. Firstly, they're offering half-price coffee before 11am on weekdays for breakfast. And then there's the middle of the day, the time you need that sugar rush, when there's 20 percent off on a coffee and cake set between 3-5pm. Finally, between 3pm and 6pm on weekdays, get all cocktails, beers, house wine, and organic choco-stout for only RMB 30.

Further east in south Sanlitun, Jing A Taproom has been hearing out complaints about them closing early, and now they're open until 1am on weekdays! The kitchen is now open until midnight. On Friday and Saturdays, some snacks will be available past midnight (for example fries and buffalo wings until 1.30am), and the bar still stay open until at least 2am. They're also serving up poutine made with 4corners' Jun's cheese curds and gravy (RMB 40).

And finally, if you're still looking for somewhere to brunch on Easter Sunday coming up this weekend (Mar 27), check out this blog with our suggestions of 13 of Beijing's best Easter brunches.
