Flying Into Beijing? Here's a Handy Flowchart to Navigate Your Arrival

In the last few days, there has been much confusion about how, when, and indeed if people can fly into Beijing from abroad. Parsing all the different and often contradictory information coming from official sources and word on the street is proving to be quite a headache, but luckily for us, the Chinese-language WeChat account Hugepot (ID: hugepot) has just come to our rescue, painstakingly assembling all the relevant information, and turning it into an easy-to-read flowchart.

We’ve taken the liberty of translating his work into English, so be sure to give him some love and follow his account by scanning his QR we’ve preserved in our English version below:

If the information changes significantly, we will update this graphic to reflect that, so be sure to pay attention to the date listed at the top.

This kind of information is great. There are lots of people confused about these procedures and either unable to read Chinese or unable to find any credible information in Chinese (which is much harder than it should be). Just wanted to give appropriate acknowledgement to the Beijinger for posting this, as well as the "coronavirus count" megapost, which is also generally very good information. Thanks guys.
