Shirtless David Beckham Sizzles in New H&M Ads

With Versace for H&M fresh on everyone’s minds, the Swedish fast-fashion retailer has announced the pending release of two more designer collaborations in the next couple months. And we have the exclusive (including prices, photos and details) below.

Chinese shoppers disappointed that they won’t have access to the Versace cruise collection for H&M online (their e-commerce site does not yet ship to the mainland) can content themselves with David Beckham’s bodywear line for H&M, to debut in stores all over Beijing on February 2. H&M claims that the briefs, boxers, beaters, T-shirts, pajamas and long johns are “the result of eighteen months of research and development,” and focus on “fit, function, comfort and design” while “avoiding overt branding.”

Sweet Valentine’s Day gifts for our fellas? Hmm. According to Telegraph, “Men, even fashion-averse men, are lured into underpant-contemplation because of the model’s reassuringly masculine sporting prowess.” Readers, what do you think? Share your thoughts below.

The Marni for H&M spring collection is still very much in the works, but was announced – with great excitement from the fashion world – back in late November. The pieces will become available to the public on March 8, though will be limited to the Qianmen and Xidan locations.

H&M describes the family-owned Italian brand as “one of fashion’s most-loved labels,” “famed for its original prints and inventive spirit.” Founder and creative director of Marni, Consuelo Castiglioni, tells fans to expect revitalized versions of Marni’s signature designs: “As always, I love juxtaposing prints and colors, mixing modern tribal with Bauhaus graphic adding sporty utilitarian elements.”

Women will be treated to Marni’s staple full pleated skirts, dresses, cropped trousers and jacquard knit, plus jewelry, shoes, bags and scarves.

Men, on the other hand, can find “a modern and relaxed take on masculine classics.”

A word of warning – for the chance to snag even a single piece from the Marni collection, you'll have to get there early. And by early we mean before the day on its store launch. Just check out the photo below if you don't believe us.
