8-Bit to Close, Hop to New Location in July

Everybody’s favorite place for Mortal Combat and virtual Mario-themed racing is moving on to greener pastures. If you are filled with anguish about where you might find your next Skittle infused vodka shot, don’t fret because all you have to do is wait a couple of months. Although 8-Bit will be having a closing party this Saturday as they embark on the next leg of their journey in Beilouguxiang.

At their new location, you can expect even more of the current offerings with the addition of delicious eats, a rooftop so you can play Connect Four under Beijing’s majestic skies, more games, and even a bathroom. They will apparently be collaborating with other Dongcheng movers and shakers, but details on this have yet to be disclosed.

If you want to help them bury their current Jiadaokou location, they will be having a wacky closing party featuring DJ GUIGUISUISUI and his orchestra of 8-Bit bloops and crunchy bleeps. Help them consume their entire inventory with some great deals on drinks, along with some other mysterious prizes.
