On Ricci? No. Just no. Are you kidding? My office is right across from their location in Haidian. We often use it out of convenience (alone). And they have now stopped accepting foreign credit cards. So that's done.It is mediocre at best. Best American? Seriously?! Seems like a new writer, or else I would be seriously concerned about any upcoming food reviews from the Beijinger.
this was a crowdsourced piece and Ricci was my contribution. Granted, I've been there only once, but I had a fantastic flatbread with salmon, avocado and arugula that blew my mind:
Their coffee was great as well.
The rest of the menu impressed me (though didn't get a chance to taste).
I guess I could have gotten lucky and gotten the only decent thing on their menu, but my entree and what I saw coming out of the kitchen was great.
What have you eaten there that was so offensive to your tastebuds?
