German Christmas Charity Bazaar Beijing, Nov 26: Get Your Presale Tickets From Nov 1

As soon as summer ends everyone's thoughts fleetingly touch upon Christmas, especially those of us who are non-Americans and don't have Thanksgiving to break up fall. One particular highlight of every Christmas in Beijing is the German Charity Christmas Bazaar held at the German Embassy. Due to popular demand you'll have to pay to get in in advance, but you will get vouchers for food and drink as per the value of your ticket.

This year's bazaar takes place on Saturday, November 26, from 11am to 6pm. The ticketing system will be similar to last year: red tickets (RMB 100) for the morning which are valid from 11am, and blue tickets (RMB 100) for the afternoon valid from 2pm. Yellow tickets are for children under 14 years old (RMB 25).

As usual all earnings will be used for carefully selected charity-projects in China. From November 1, the tickets will be available at the following presale offices:

  • German Embassy School-Shop, 49A Liangmaqiao Lu (9.15am-1pm)
  • Beijing Riviera Clubhouse in Shunyi (9am-7pm)
  • U Coffee, 8th Shoukaiboujun, Xindong Lu (10am-6pm)

Tickets will also be available at the entrance on the day, but presale tickets will have preferential access. Don't forget to bring your ticket and valid passport or ID card. For more information email contact@christmasbazaar-beijing.org

Welche sozialen Projekte werden dort gefördert?

The charities support a wide range of causes like mentally challenged-, autistic-, disadvantaged children's and young adults, as well as children from delinquent parents, women in need, and blind adults.
