Every year this shows me that people have no idea of food...Best Italian Annie's ? DOes not even loo Italian. Best restaurant Salt and Alameda? they both try to be innovative and both fail badly. I don't know why people like these tasteless dishes.
Serve the people as one of the best South east Asian???
For Steak I agree and for me Morel's is the best restaurant. Not fancy but one of the few with stable quality. Good steak at salt...? Mine was below average. Metro is clearly the best Italian (handmade pasta) even (or because!) they do not have Pizza.
In the duck section xiangmanlou is unbeatable
You should also introduce a Sichuan and Beijing section.

Best,

Markus
